Street`s Seafood in Bay Minette

A nice comfortable place to have a meal. Staff is always friendly. At meal times you can choose to eat from the buffet or order from the menu. Buffet is usually good. Good menu items as well.

The staff was nice and prices were reasonable but the food was nothing special. My husband had the pick two seafood dinner special and selected catfish and shrimp. He said the seafood was slightly under cooked for his taste and some of his fries were crunchy, on the inside. I had a country fried steak dinner with baked potato. The potato had been sitting around awhile and the steak was ok but not something I would order again. There was a very limited salad bar and a dessert bar. The salad options were fresh but the dessert options were not. Some of their other offerings might be better, we might not have chosen wisely here. There was also an additional fee for using a debit/ credit card.

Some of my breakfast was cold but it all had a good taste.

No social distancing, have their face mask under their chin and wearing gloves cross contaminating everything. They have a buffet and let people get the food themselves. One customer asked a waitress what was on the buffet and she said "I have no idea, haven't looked at it today". Then when we ordered from menu and was done the waitress had to get a menu to write down prices. Unbelievable.

We weren't hungry but stopped to see what it was. It looked really good. We waited for the peach cobbler it was good, price was great. Peach cobbler was a little cornstarchy?

Nice place unfortunately I got there late on mother's day so there's no buffet left so we ate off menu. I had salad bar and fried shrimp. The former two being great. Fries were cold and hushpuppies weren't great. Everyone was really nice. Great ice tea.

Need to put sign on the front door stating they charge for using debit or credit card. Teach someone to use credit card machine or maybe she knows just trying to get extra tip money. Don't ask is this ok just make it right and give back the overage you charged.

The food tastes good if your order is correct. I must admit, the girl on the phone was just rude and refused, yes refused to answer menu questions? Yes, its on your menu but you didnt know and wouldn't ask because you said you were too busy? Really? Omg.

Great food! Prices were a little high for the type of food also, slow service in which I'll chalk up to covid and lack of employees other than that definitely worth the visit.

Had the lunch buffet it was fantastic. The fried chicken had a great flavor and the collards were seasoned to perfection. Full salad bar with all the toppings, shout out to the crab salad....yummy. Its off the path but highly recommend a special trip to a great meal.

Service was slow and food was not good at all... will not return.

I had the grilled shrimp and boy was it delicious, no need for any cocktail sauce, if you use it you will ruin the great flavor of the shrimp. The homemade banana pudding is off the chain, I have no idea who the cook is there but he or she knows how to cook, never a disappointment. Highly recommend STREET'S🙂

Nothing fancy just good down home cooking. Snapper great shrimp great. Breakfast buffet great. Friendly staff &customers👍✌😎

Everything was absolutely excellent..we really want to come back to try their seafood buffet on Friday and Saturday nights!

I've been eating at Streets for 20 years. Even after moving two states away, I make a point to eat here when I visit my family. Wednesday lunch is my all time favorite day; beef tips and rice buffet with pork chops or chicken, butter beans, rutabaga, cabbage, and other vegetable options. Their banana pudding is as good as any made at grandma's house.

Our grandpa's favorite restaurant! Food is a good souther style. Order from the menu or get the buffet. Friendly staff. We eat here a lot.

I'd eat here weekly if I lived nearby. Salad bar with fresh vegetables, a hot table with delicious gumbo, collards, green beans... and of course fried chicken and mac & beef. My boiled shrimp were perfectly cooked & seasoned. Staff is kind, helpful ; the restaurant is clean, cosy, welcoming, vintage. Love it.

I had a steak with my father and it was medium rare and mine was ok but my fathers tasted like rubber we left however all the other times it was good so take your chances with there steak

Delightful country style restaurant. Good bacon and extra large eggs for breakfast and an outstanding buffet that changes eveyday. Servicers are friendly and helpful

We were traveling back home and came across this awesome place. So glad we stopped. My husband had the lunch buffet and I had the seafood platter. Both were delicious! The service we received from the employees was just as fantastic as the food.

Country cooking, food was good on buffet and banana pudding was great, not overly sweet. Nothing fancy, but good homestyle food.

Sides & desert were delicious however the main food.. that's a different story. & the hush puppies were burnt to a hard crisp.

Buffet looked good, but my wife and I both opted instead for seafood off the menu. Whole fried catfish, crab cakes and grilled fish were all delicious. Service was a bit slow, but food arrived hot, and salads were prepared, cold and fresh. We’ll definitely be back when in town again.

Came with my family the other day, expected the buffet, but I think covid may have shut that down. Got a country fried steak this time as I wasn't in a seafood mood. It was decent, maybe a little overcooked though. Overall they were good enough to give them another try, hopefully when buffet is available again.

We passed a billboard that claimed best banana pudding--ok, let's go!!!Got there, and this is the BEST EVER FOOD.Just like grandma made it-but better.I will make the 4 hour drive from home to eat this and turn back around . Had the Sunday buffet-fried chicken, greens, potatoes(real, with lumps to prove it) Chicken and dumplings omg.. My husband had to drag me out of there. And yes, the banana pudding is the best I have ever had ( and that has been a lot for this foodie). GO THERE IF YOU LIKE SOUTHERN FOOD!!!!

Diffrent choices on the buffet line everyday and the best peach cobbler in town.

The pork chops and squash were a little too salty for me. The peach cobbler was delicious though

The friendliness and effort of waitstaff far out weighs quality of food. Haven for locals. 4% charge for using Debit or Credit card. Anachronistic in today's world.

We were just coming in from Phoenix city Alabama the side stopped there for lunch the ladies were they are very nice while they look nice I had the poor boy fish sandwich and it was also hoped to see it again one day

This restaurant is a fantastic find. The staff was friendly and efficient. We were sat down promptly and the orders were taken at a very appropriate time and the food came quickly. The good was great and there was plenty of it. BTW, they also have a buffet if you're really hungry. I really loved this place.
